There are 3 possible scenarios to this case:

1. Our system adheres to strict maximum journey time to ensure all passengers get home fast. Thus we may have calculated that your journey would take too long

2. There are limited seats and vehicles available due to overwhelming demands

3. Buses may have broken down and we wouldn’t want you to wait too long. Please check your application for any updates.
