How do I make a booking?

1. Log into the SwatBiz App

2. Select either "Work to Home" or "Home to Work" service

3. Select the date that you wish to book your ride on

4. You can book up to 20 days in advance

5. The office location is fixed at Bedok North Depot

6. Input your pick-up/drop-off location by clicking on the "Pencil" icon, dragging the pick-up/drop-off pin or selecting from your favourited addresses

7. Select your departure/arrival time

8. Click "Book" to confirm your ride
