Can I cancel my ride?

Please cancel your ride as soon as you know that you do not require the service so that the slots can be opened up to other passengers that require the service.

If you have really last minute changes, you will still be able to cancel before your ride.

If you would like to cancel your ride, go to “Manage Rides” at the side menu bar, select your boarding pass ticket and select "Cancel" at the bottom of the screen any time before your ride.
